Everything below is written for the day of your appointment: which station to use, how long the walk actually takes, where to park, and where a taxi can pull in. Getting here

Bus routes 18, 27, 30, 205 and 453, plus night services, stop within a few minutes’ walk on the Marylebone Road and Great Portland Street corridors. London Marylebone station is about fifteen minutes on foot.

Regent’s Park

Bakerloo
the closest station, about four to six minutes on foot. Leave onto Marylebone Road, walk west and turn left down Harley Street.

Great Portland Street

Circle, Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City
around five to seven minutes, crossing Portland Place into Devonshire Street.

Baker Street

five lines
about eight minutes east along Marylebone Road. The best interchange if you are coming from further out.

Oxford Circus

Central, Victoria, Bakerloo
roughly twelve minutes north up Regent Street and Portland Place.

Bond Street

Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth line
around fifteen minutes on foot, or one Jubilee stop to Baker Street.

Q-Park Harley Street

, Queen Anne Mews, London W1G 9HF — the nearest underground car park, roughly a seven-minute walk from the southern end of Harley Street. Open 24 hours, seven days. Maximum vehicle height 1.82 m.

Q-Park Marble Arch

, Cumberland Gate, London W2 2ET — larger, with 981 spaces, 14 accessible bays, electric charging and a 2.08 m clearance. Sits outside the Congestion Charge zone, which suits taller vehicles and drivers arriving from the north-west.

Before you arrive

Arrive about ten minutes early for registration. Bring your GP referral letter if you have one, your insurer details and pre-authorisation number if you are claiming, and any previous imaging or reports. It is worth reading what happens at your one-stop appointment beforehand so the order of the visit is familiar. Wear a two-piece outfit if you can — it makes examination and imaging simpler.

Where surgery or inpatient treatment is needed, that takes place at one of the private hospitals we work with rather than here. Your consultant will confirm which site and give you the details at the time.
