The fastest route is Heathrow Express to Paddington, then four stops on the Bakerloo line to Regent’s Park, followed by a four to six minute walk down Harley Street. Door to door this takes about 45 minutes from Terminals 2 and 3, or 50 minutes from Terminal 5.
All four options end within a short walk of the clinic. The right one depends on how much luggage you have, whether you need step-free access, and how firm your appointment time is.

Trains leave from Terminals 2 and 3 and from Terminal 5, running every 15 minutes for most of the day. The journey is 15 minutes from Terminals 2 and 3, and 21 minutes from Terminal 5. Terminal 4 passengers transfer to the Elizabeth line instead.
At Paddington follow signs for the Bakerloo line southbound. Regent’s Park is the fourth stop, after Edgware Road, Marylebone and Baker Street. The run takes around seven minutes.
Leave Regent’s Park station onto Marylebone Road, head west, then turn left down Harley Street. The clinic is four to six minutes on foot at the northern end of the street.
Almost. The Elizabeth line runs from all Heathrow terminals into central London without a change, and Bond Street is roughly 35 minutes from Terminals 2 and 3. From Bond Street the clinic is about fifteen minutes on foot up Marylebone Lane and Marylebone High Street, or one Jubilee line stop to Baker Street followed by an eight minute walk east along Marylebone Road.
If you would rather not walk far at the end of a flight, stay on the Elizabeth line to Paddington and change to the Bakerloo line instead. It costs the same and leaves you five minutes from the door.
Step-free provision differs from station to station. Bond Street and Paddington both have lifts to the Elizabeth line platforms, but Regent’s Park and Great Portland Street should not be assumed to be step-free end to end. If you use a wheelchair, are travelling with a pushchair, or have a heavy case, check the current step-free tube guide before you set out, or take a taxi for the final leg.
The clinic is about sixteen miles from the airport, usually along the M4 and then the A4 through Hammersmith, Kensington and Hyde Park before turning north into Marylebone. Expect forty-five to seventy-five minutes outside peak hours, and considerably longer if you land into the morning rush.
Heathrow’s licensed taxi rank is outside every terminal and needs no booking, but a pre-booked car with a meet-and-greet driver is easier if you are arriving alone or unwell. Give the address as 146 Harley Street, W1G 7LD, not simply Harley Street, which is a third of a mile long.
The whole route from the airport lies inside the Ultra Low Emission Zone, and the clinic end sits inside the Congestion Charge zone. Licensed black cabs are exempt from the Congestion Charge; private hire is not, so confirm with the operator whether the charge is included in your quoted fare.
If you have collected a car at the airport, Q-Park Marble Arch at Cumberland Gate, W2 2ET is the sensible target. It has 981 spaces, 14 accessible bays, electric charging and 2.08 metres of clearance, and it sits outside the Congestion Charge zone, which suits a taller hire vehicle.

Most assessments run sixty to ninety minutes, so an afternoon slot is realistic after a morning landing.
The one thing worth planning around is baggage. If you are arriving on a long-haul flight, allow ninety minutes from touchdown to leaving the terminal before you start counting the travel time. Booking an appointment for early afternoon rather than late morning removes almost all of the risk from a delayed arrival.
Bring your passport, any insurer pre-authorisation number, and copies of previous imaging or pathology reports — ideally on a disc or a USB stick rather than only as printed films, which are awkward to carry and harder for a radiologist to re-read. Overseas reports in another language are still useful; bring them and we will work through them with you.
If surgery is recommended, it takes place at a partner private hospital rather than at 146 Harley Street, and your consultant will talk you through which one and when. For patients flying in, that conversation usually includes how long you should plan to stay in London afterwards.
146 Harley Street is at the northern end of the street. Give a driver the full number rather than just the street name, and Regent’s Park is the station to aim for if you finish the journey by tube.
