Take the Victoria line northbound two stops to Oxford Circus, change to the Bakerloo line northbound and go one stop to Regent’s Park, then walk four to six minutes down Harley Street. Door to door, allow fifteen to twenty minutes including the interchange at Oxford Circus.
Victoria has no single line running to the clinic, so every rail option involves one change. The Oxford Circus interchange is the shortest but also the busiest in London at peak times, which is the main thing to weigh up if you are carrying a case off the Gatwick Express.

From the mainline concourse, the Gatwick Express platforms or the coach station, follow signs to the Underground and the Victoria line northbound towards Walthamstow Central. Oxford Circus is the second stop, via Green Park, and takes about four minutes.
At Oxford Circus follow signs for the Bakerloo line northbound towards Harrow & Wealdstone. The interchange is short but very busy between 08:00 and 09:30 and again from 17:00, so allow a few extra minutes at those times.
Regent’s Park is the first stop on the Bakerloo line. Leave the station onto Marylebone Road, head west and turn left down Harley Street. The clinic is four to six minutes on foot.
The Gatwick Express runs into Victoria in around thirty minutes, and Southern services from Sussex and Surrey use the same station, so for patients travelling up from the south coast this is the natural approach to London. Add fifteen to twenty minutes for the final leg and the whole journey from Gatwick is a little under an hour.
Victoria Coach Station is a five to eight minute walk from the rail station, along Buckingham Palace Road. If you are arriving on a long-distance coach with luggage, a taxi from the coach station is often worth it: the fare is modest and it removes two escalator interchanges from the end of a long journey.
Victoria station is step-free from street to platform on the Victoria line, but Oxford Circus is not step-free and Regent’s Park should not be assumed to be. If you use a wheelchair or are travelling with a pushchair, the Circle or District line to Baker Street is the better rail option, and a taxi is more reliable still. The clinic is roughly two and a half miles north and a cab takes fifteen to twenty-five minutes, considerably longer if the driver is routed through the West End rather than up Park Lane. Ask for Park Lane and Portland Place; it is the faster line even when it looks longer on a map.
Victoria has a rank on the main forecourt at the front of the station and a second, usually shorter, on Hudson’s Place near the Brighton-line platforms. If the forecourt queue is long after a Gatwick Express arrival, walk round to Hudson’s Place.
If you are driving from Gatwick rather than taking the train, the M23 and A23 bring you in through Brixton and over Vauxhall Bridge. Traffic north of the river is the slow part, so add half an hour on top of any satellite-navigation estimate at peak times.
Do not try to park near Victoria and travel on. Q-Park Harley Street at Queen Anne Mews, W1G 9HF is seven minutes from the clinic on foot with a 1.82 metre height limit; Q-Park Marble Arch at Cumberland Gate, W2 2ET is a mile away, sits outside the Congestion Charge zone and takes taller vehicles.
Regularly. Southern and Thameslink services from Brighton, Hove, Eastbourne, Worthing, Horsham, Haywards Heath, Gatwick and the Surrey commuter belt all run into Victoria, and the final leg to the clinic is under twenty minutes. A mid-morning train supports an afternoon appointment and a comfortable return the same evening.

Victoria Coach Station makes this the most useful terminus for patients travelling from further afield without a direct rail link — the South West, mid-Wales and parts of the South Coast. It is a five to eight minute walk from the rail station along Buckingham Palace Road, and with luggage a taxi direct from the coach station is usually worth the fare.
If you are coming in from Gatwick on the Express, allow an hour in total from platform to clinic and bring your passport for registration as well as travel. Copies of previous imaging and pathology are always worth carrying. Should surgery be recommended, it takes place at a partner private hospital rather than here, and your consultant will confirm the arrangements.
From Victoria the target is Regent’s Park via Oxford Circus. The clinic is at the northern end of Harley Street, four to six minutes from that station on foot.
